
There is nothing quite like the rich smell of beef and paprika. This sauce is very rich and tasty and perfect for a winter dinner.
What you need
1 onion sliced
500g cubed beef
1 beef stock cube
Half teaspoon black pepper
Oil for frying
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons paprika
The Process
Fry sliced onions until soft in a lttle oil, add the meat and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and combine well.
Melt the beef stock cube in a cup of boiling water and pour into meat mixture , stir and simmer the mixture for 20 minutes until the meat is cooked.
Best served with noodles or boiled baby potatoes.




I make this a lot, I have never tried it with the tomato paste, and I also add cream!
