Chicken mince makes a really great change and these chicken balls can be served as a Thai style starter with sweet chili sauce, Chinese style sweet and sour sauce or even with spaghetti and marinara sauce. They are really quick and hassle free to make.
What you need
500g chicken mince
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon flour
palm of finely chopped flat leaf parsley
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
The process
Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl ensuring that the ingredients are well combined. Use you hands!
Heat the oven to 200 Celsius, make 3-4cm balls and place the on a lightly greased baking tray.
Bake for about 15 minutes and you are ready to create.
Thai style
Replace the parsley with coriander, place them on skewers and serve with a sweet chili dipping sauce.
Chinese style
Add them to warm sweet and sour sauce and serve with egg fried rice.
Italian style
Heat the marinara sauce, add the chicken balls and serve with your favorite pasta.
Enjoy them and let me know your favorite way of serving them.
