I love this recipe. It is easy to make and tastes divine. I add a some chopped carrots and a cup of frozen peas to make it a complete dish and serve it with mashed potato. It is really yummy – and economical!

This is just in time as the nights are getting really cold now and there is nothing better than to warm one up than a great casserole.
