The best thing about asian cookin is that it is so quick and healthy. This is a really delicious meal for 4 and is great served with some sticky rice.
What you need
700g rump steak thinly sliced
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic crushed
Oil for frying
250g each of 3 diffenrent types of mushrooms(shitake, button, oyster or other fungi)
250g baby spinach
The process
Marinade the beef with the oyster sauce and garlic for at least 1 hour.
Stir fry beef in a hot wok a little at a time so as not to overcook the beef, you want each piece browned. remove and set aside.
Wipe the wok clean and stir fry the mushrooms flipping them around until there are slightly browned edges (5 mnutes or so). Add the beef back into the wok and mix together. finally add the spinach leaves and mix until the leaves are wilted.
You are done!

I know how you feel about Oyster sauce… There is also an amazing sweet soy sauce that I tried the other day that was awesome… wait for a recipe or 2 with it.
So simple. My life is all about simplicity. I’m mad about stir fry. Definitely going to try this one. As for Oyster sauce, I could drink the stuff it’s so good hehe…
