		<description>Ok thanks I get the gist of it now.  Had I placed the prawns in the colander the sauce would have dripped through! Blonde moment!I will have a practice run first to check just how nimble I am with the steam first.  Can&#039;t wait tp try it out been craving seafood for sometime now.</description>

		<description>Hi, scalded my hand a few times and thats the best remedy... too eager to get it onto my plate :) You need to put it on a plate to keep all of the flavors together, but you could use a small plate inside the colander as well. Cheers G</description>
