Made this Yoghurt Ice cream on Tuesday night and couldn’t wait to get home to on Wednesday to taste it.

And we never get tired of it! (but I don't whip the cream, I just mix everything together gently). My ratios are: a 250ml tub of cream 1 X 500ml tub yoghurt Almost a full can of condensed milk (I leave a finger height). My favourite is strawberry, but raspberry is pretty good too.
