Hi Jaye, I imagine as long as the consistency is similar to that of yoghurt it would be fine, from a taste perspective, not sure. You may find there is a soy yoghurt that is available…

Can you advise whether I could add processed (blendered) chickpeas to this recipe instead of yoghurt. I am trying to make it lactose free.

I am looking at the recipe for the Chocolate Torte. The process does not explain when and how to add the plain yogurt. Could you please assist me in this matter.
