		<description>Hi barbara, I put about 1 cm of water in a pan that has a lid, season it with salt and pepper, bring it to the boil, reduce heat to a slow simmer, place the chicken in it and then lid on for about 5 minutes. if you are doing something like smoked haddock, use milk. Steaming is also fine, you just want a simple way to cook it through. Cheers for now G</description>
