Hi dee, I mean in a grill pan, the one with ridges on it but frying in a flat pan will do just as well. They can also be grilled in the oven but the pan works best. Not a blonde moment after all.. just me, sorry for the confusion.. Cheers G

Hi there, with regards to veggies on a braai I thought I'd share one of my favourites.
Using red and yellow peppers, carefully cut off the tops, making sure to keep the pepper and the top in 2 whole pieces.
Make up a mix of corn, feta (or cheddar if preferred), finely chopped onion, seasoning.
Stuff the peppers and use toothpicks to stick the tops back on.
I just keep turning these on the grill straight over the coals..... yum!!!

Hi Ros, Corn on the cob is the obvious one, season and just pop on the braai but for the rest I cannot say I have tried, roasting veggies always goes well with a braai. there is this warm potato salad that is awesome
http://cookbook.co.za/vegetables/warm-roast-potato-salad/ and you could use this recipe without the pasta for the veg.

Cheers for now. G
