Hi Graham, can I simply multiply all the ingredients by e.g. 4 (plus-minus 20 people) or will the recipe ‘flop’ proportion-wise?

Hi there, nice thought but it will really not work very well, cream is really unique ingredient. It actually keeps for a long time in the fridge, next time you are in the supermarket check the best by date and add a week or so…

G? …. often one finds that you have all the ingredients save for the cream and you want to get stuck in without running to the supermarket. Would if be OK to perhaps store say Ideal Milk in the grocery cupboard and use that as a substitute?
