		<description>Hi Indra, baking needs to be exact and for example, 1 cup of sifted flour or caster sugar is 130g and 1/2 cup butter is 115g. I really suggest you get a scale if you like to bake, it makes all the difference. Guessing or approximating will not produce the same results. Scales are very inexpensive, check out the kitchen appliances page.
