I need to find a fresh yeast supplier, I'm sure that makes a difference. Kneading is great and if nothing else, you won't need the gym and can safely say that you deserve every bite... Please make it simple though not into kneading and preparing the dough.e.g. Something with a French loaf with a filler maybe and tossed (slammed as you say - love the expression! lol) into the oven for 30 minutes or so.
