hahaha.. you will see Chinese and Thai recipes on the increase… tasty, healthy, quick… so we can spend more time outdoors. I just don’t know about desserts though, they are meant to be rich and an indulgence! The one i really like is the black cherry sauce for ice cream… it is fruit after all!

G this is divine I have tried it out both hot and cold but we need to shed those winter kilos with the stews and potjies etc., gorgeous love handles we have!. How about some nice fruit desserts e.g. fruit pieces on skewers. Any suggestions for after a braai instead of the heavy dessserts?
